Since you have experience with Blessing (free) and TomsEA ( $1k+ ) is it possible to use a custom Setfile in Blessing to give us same results, no?

I would not reccomend to use TomsEA anymore.
Go with free tool like Blessing - there are actually so many mods and settings it could be hard to find the correcrt one
