Please, remember, that to close a SELL position, you must use the ASK price. In the MT4 terminal chart you see BID prices by default. At the moment you are referring to, the BID price reached your TP level, but the ASK price did not.You can see the ASK price for the pair you traded by opening a chart for the corresponding _ask symbol.The following day, the ASK price reached your TP and this trade was closed by TP.

Hello, we have checked your account settings from our side -- the account 365202 has 1:500 leverage, not 1:0. Could you be more specific, what makes you think it's 1:0? Do you see it displayed on your profile page?To be exact, 1:0 leverage is not even possible, maybe 1:1?If you see the 1:0 leverage displayed somewhere on your profile page - you should contact
[email protected]
and ask them to adjust it to 1:500.

Hi ghi001 , Check to which DC you are connected. You need to figure out the DC that provides best connection for your location. Click on the red/green connection bars in the right bottom corner of your MT4 and click "Rescan servers". Or try to connect to a different DC by putting a check mark next to it. if the connection on one of the DCs is unstable, you should "Rescan Servers" to re-connect to a different one, with stable connection at this moment.

I can say with all confidence, that all contest demo accounts i a have seen were opened with 1:500 leverage. I guess you can easily verify what leverage you have if you calculate the margin requirements for the trades (you may use the formula price*volume/leverage=Margin) Regarding MyFXbook profiles with 1:1000--> do you know any of the account numbers? If yes, pls, PM to me. So that we check whether this is an issue of displaying the leverage on the profile page or their leverage is really 1:1000 ))

all contest accounts were opened with 1:500 leverage. You should check the tabs "Journal' and "Experts" under Terninal > Trade in MT4. are there any logs about EA errors. Like "invalid volume' or smth like this?If yes, please, PM your account number and tell me what logs say exactly.
