All, with regards to my previos posts, I personally still stick with my short term bearish retracement bias on EURUSD but beware there is a LOT of bullish sentiment out there in the web.Everyone with an opinion is suggesting higher prices to come......

I would be surprised if these two pairs have much further to go in the short term as EURUSD appears to me overextended on many counts. I think that as long as you are happy with a bit more DD, they will come back. I am not sure about Alpari policies but with 500:1 and 25% DD you should be nowhere near a margin call.In my opinion you are not overtrading with a RL3 and 2k account. I am surprised you reached 0.12 position with a 2k account on RL3. I have larger accounts and I am only just now on 0.09 on two of them while all the others are still at 0.06.My nearest 600 pip stop on EURUSD will kick...

Chrissav, what is your max tolerance to DD?Can you share how many pairs & what level you are trading? max RL? Check out higher timeframes charts of the pairs you are trading to get an idea if they are heading in the right or wrong direction.Hope it helps.

I would like to thank you Ivan for his support last night.I had the problem as stated above and he spent a good hour on remote session on VPS resolving it. And he waited online until market opened for me to make sure.All is working fine now. Thank you for monitoring the forum even when off duty and responding quickly.However, I feel that the positive result was due entirely to Ivan himself, from the forum monitoring to the work done. I hate sounding like a broken record but I am still having issues with authentication 😕Although it was all fine, at some point it was not and then it became v1.88 and it was fine and then it remained v1.88 and it was not and so on.To cut a long story short, I have uninstalled everything from VPS and took everything off charts and I am awaiting for the supposed solution tomorrow afternoon (brave!).I am just posting in the off chance that someone had a similar trouble and managed to get v1.89 back up and authenticated & activated somehow. Any help would be good. 😀

Just to reaffirm that with what I have done (described in previous post) Tom's is working fine (although on v1.88) and managing trades as normal, including opening new positions and managing baskets.

All, UPDATE!I have just tried this:- close down all MT4s (did not remove from charts)- reinstall TOMs from .exe file- restarted each MT4 one by oneResult:- TOMs is still showing v1.88 (althought this might be because I could not tell the difference between 1.88 and 1.89 exe file and I might have installed 1.88 on top of 1.89)- Is authenticated- Is closing old trades and opening new ones, therefore I assume is working 100%Although TOMs own page is down, I can see that forextraderdaily is back up, so that might have something to do with it.The above procedure may be something worth trying on Sun...

How unlucky am I!!I changed the timeframe on one chart and went back to the 1m at the same time as their server failure! 😕The EA would not authenticate again and it reverted back non-authenticated on all my accounts!I confirm....do not touch the EA until the problem is solved.Dustin:One suggestion for the next update is that the EA should not need to authenticate by connecting to your server every time there is a change of timeframe on a chart?!
