I code my own EA's but I also use other people's EA's or services. Diversified portfolio and all that!

You can open trades with 0.05 lot on Jade Fx. I use them with a small account ( about $600 ) just to test EA's live.I would be nervous about putting a large amount of money with a broker in Belize to be honest.

It really depends on what your EA does.If you are scalping then maybe a fixed spread broker is the way forward, however these are generally market maker brokers and they have their problems, as some of them aren't too honest. However there are some good ECN brokers out there with small spreads that you can do well with scalping EA's.If you are trading more long term then an ECN is probably better, just to avoid the problems that a market maker will cause you with possible requotes. You also need to consider liquidity. If you are trading the Asian session then the liquidity is obviously l...

You need to add some Comment lines into your code to display on screen the value of your variables in order to debug it.

If it's the kind of indicator I'm thinking of you would use something like this.double LSMAGreen = iCustom(NULL, 0, "LSMA", Period, Method, Price, 0, 0, 1);double LSMARed = iCustom(NULL, 0, "LSMA", Period, Method, Price, 0, 1, 1);string Direction "None";if(LSMAGreen != EMPTY_VALUE) Direction "Long";if(LSMARed != EMPTY_VALUE) Direction "Short";You could then open a sell if Direction Short or a long if Direction LongWhere it says LSMA in the iCustom function it need to be the exact name of the indicator. You then need to provide values for...

zNRa5JRt, if that is your real name 😕All I'm saying is why are you commenting on this particular thread? Why not start your own thread with a link of your own system. This is what is weird. It is Ben, hard but not smart unfortunately.

It all seems a little weird to me this.A user that registered on November 8th just starts randomly commenting on a thread for a system that was deleted months ago?Nobody else getting weird vibes?

It's looking good anyway, you could already withdraw your deposit and then it's a free account. Is it your martingale?

It's only been running two weeks, maybe it's not been caught in a serious doubling cycle yet

If Franz has contacted anyone by the way I'd be interested to hear what he has to say, especially if he is offering to sell the EA. He's not responded to two of my emails so far
Anybody want to test EA i can do free on my server

You should be able to run more than 4 installs of MT4 on a VPS. Reduce your number of bars in each chart to the absolute minimum and remove any unnecessary currency pairs. Admittedly it then also comes down to the complexity of your code but I've had as many as a dozen MT4 instances running on one VPS before now.

We've already established that the broker is on New York time, that narrows it down considerably.
Switch my H4 strategy to M5-M15 charts?? ITERESTING!

Looks good to me, some nice clear signals there on trending prices. It would be interesting to see some examples on a ranging market ( if you were to trade one ).Stop loss of 10-15 pips might be a little tight. Prices can sometimes suddenly spike 10 pips or so and then revert back to where they were. I think that's what people talk about when they talk about noise on smaller timeframes. Using larger timeframes and larger pip values these sudden spikes don't have the same impact.

You do realise that this system thread is the system of the actual owner of Forex Combo that you have just bought an illegitimate copy of?Just thought I'd mention it.

That's one way of looking at it. The other way is that next time there might not be a 250 pip winner at the end of it.Also, I don't know how the trading logic works but it's quite possible it would have picked up the trend after the news spikes had finished and still got on the train.

If you put a news filter in this you could avoid trades like last night. Three losing trades in the space of a few minutes due to the horrible whipsawing at the news that really could be avoided.

OKay, so what risk setting is this account using? What risk settings do you advise to your customer? And finally, what percentage gain is achievable with your advised risk settings?

I'm not in your competition. I make my money from trading not from taking preposterous, unrealistic trades on demo accounts. My question was a general one with regards to the users that have had trades that have experienced technical issues that you have now admitted responsibility for.

OKay, this conversation is getting surreal now. What do people want from me?I've already given my opinion on this trading setup I believe.
