Start with a small live account when you do go live, with money you can afford to lose, you can manage your fear by making small trades till you gain confidence, losing is part of trading but we try to keep those small and gaining big.

The demo contests here are a good tool for learning its not real money but it does put one under pressure to survive and hopefully make some profit, trade every signal or be more conservative, its a month long so don't go crazy on day one.

Looks like eur/gbp is starting to find a bottom after the sell off ,trend on the longer time frames still looks negative, but we might get some buyers as its after London close.

I will be closing my trades just before any news, I shorted the CAC40 yesterday ,short eur/usd until 1.30 and long eur/gbp I may keep this one open as I suspect positive outcome.

Tested 85300, not much news today so some profit taking down to 8480 as you mentioned ,ECB out tomorrow with some positive spin on the euro, for now Id say since we are closer to 085 it will probably stay close to this area.

I don't know how many times I heard people saying that, of course it is gambling every time you place a trade you don't know its direction for sure, every professional trader I've ever worked along side knows it, all you can do is try to tip odds in your favour even then you might have 1% advantage.

I probably would have started with a larger account if I didn't take the advise I was listening to ,I think it is really difficult for anyone starting off in FX, I started in stocks because I though FX was just random and that's what most of my friends were trading. I couldn't see any value.

Moving higher 1.10 I would see as major resistance ,there is a spike at 1.130 but that's a long way off.

You get asked about what games you like to play ,Poker is quite common among traders, you need some distraction from trading otherwise you will over think your decision. Sometimes during lunch and after close card games is a nice break from looking at a screen.

Eur/USD has hit a higher high on each top over this last few months, on the longer time frames the trend still looks bullish, unless we get some major event 1.04 is a long way off.
