Once again. Your account will go to crap if you run Forex Steam on non ECN account. OK? People who know nothing barking up always make me laugh. It is a live account reporting site MT4Live. Nothing can be manipulated. FinFX and ECN feeds are superior. What backtests? It is a live trade reporting. Some people just make me laugh always. Then don't buy it. Simple isn't it? So if you cannot see the same result, it must be a scam right? Broker won't make a difference? Your VPS or your computer won't make a difference? And notice that these naysayers never mention the ...

Old data is not relevant at all. It only aids in giving people false confidence and you are really inadvertently curve fitting your settings to past data. Obviously, horrible performance on historical data sucks but problem is people get overly confident on good performance on historical data. And you only end up curve fitting your system to past data. That is basically pointless. You cannot trash system sellers and EA vendors for curve fitting while actively curve fitting yourself.
Do you think you can turn $200 into $400 in six weeks?

Or just bite the bullet, spend the money to use the top ECN broker & the best VPS service? If the broker is top notch, they will have their servers in NY4. And if VPS company is top notch, their servers will be NY4 as well. Beeksfxvps and their cross connect partner brokers is the best bet.

That is the point. Useless to compile data of traders all over the world using various methods to trade. Either they are using dialup on their pc or on cross connected VPS located 5 yards away from their broker's servers. Also, if latency was of importance, wouldn't you just compare the ECN brokers & VPS providers who provide NY4 located servers? And brokers that has their servers in NY4 as well?

Again moot. Since the traders' location matter as well. Whether they are using VPS located 2 yards away from broker or 10,000 miles away. If you used a VPS cross connected to your broker's server in the same city or even the same room, none of that would matter.

Most important point. Forex Steam must be traded on FinFX! Losing trades on 2-4 pip spread brokers wind up being winning trades on FinFX. It must be run on FinFX Pro with cross connect VPS NY4 VPS server located in New York City. I also run Forex Steam on FXDD. FixFX acct performs better on same exact settings.

And people like Radecek are the ones who deserve respect. Forex Steam's strategy is sound. Risk reward ratio had to be changed although the default setting is good as well for slow patient people.

Integrity? Bitter people justifying their bitterness always make me laugh. Admit it. You gave up after you saw couple of SLs being hit! Another cold fact is, Forex Steam on all default settings took a $3,000 acct to over $1 million in 2 years. Integrity argument also moot because all settings are under user control. Ken's warning is truly pointless & stupid. But after they switched to mt4live, all of their trades I personally verified. So why is someone crying about stuff that happened a year ago? Look at the account now & the performance. Also, manually intervening is just being smart.

Was Birt ever relevant? No! And I am with FinFX. Slippage is to be expected. Accept it as being the norm. Besides, I scalp for 2.3 pips so slippage is irrelevant as Birt.

Yes! START DATE option on the EA would be great!!! It is needed to analyze new strategy or new EA or new anything that we start on already existing LIVE account. Either give us the START DATE option or the STARTING DEPOSIT option in the EA parameter. It is annoying that it analyzes all history on the account.
