I am happy so far but that was a bumpy ride for 5% profit. I have another two EAs running and I can assure you my results (save a few pips here or there) all match the vendors account entries and exits. It really should be the same here and I'm just not sure why it isn't the case here and an EA shouldn't give back all its profits just because of 1 pip.It is quite a scary experience when you compare your account to the master account because you end up thinking - is the EA broken? Have I set it up correctly? etc....

Alex - thanks for your message. So the buys and sells are completely independent of eachother. So is the system putting 60% of the account at risk when a batch of buys and sells are opened?Also, surely it would be great to have some logic built into the EA so that it can say to itself "You know what - we are 1 pip off but the market isnt going to move so lets just take the profit we have minus the 1 pip." It doesn't feel right that a system gives back all the money it made to the market......What do you think of that idea? Something worth considering implementing?

There is a real problem here. One of the issues is that for some people like myself, those sell trades are no longer hedging....they are an actual position because we have no buys open. For some like you who have the buys still open these are hedging trades. Some major inconsistencies here and I just wish Alex would tell us why we have different trades open. I've been asking this since last week but he chooses to ignore the requests to understand more about the EA and it's logic.

I've all sells open as of now. I don't understand why we all have different orders open. Alex should make it clear to us all why we all have different results.

He won't say what its doing or why - not even a clue. I had all my buys in EURUSD close with profit this morning so thats good. Its the sells I'm worried about now though I'm only at DD of 2.5%.

Funny because I have many buy positions still open - perhaps you got the 1pip extra from your broker to push all your trades to close - lucky you!

For anyone looking here - seems the vendors VPS went down or something and they restarted. So far so good with this EA.

What I would like is for the vendor BlueMonkey to come online and explain here on this forum why his EA is taking what appears to be random buys and sells at the moment. Market sentiment is down on EURUSD. I have a mixture of buys and sells of varying lot sizes open at the moment. More on the buy side. I think as people who paid hard earned cash for a product, we have a right to know something about how it operates because at the moment the trades look more like a coin toss.

Its very difficult to see what kind of logic this system is using to make entries.It seems to trade against the trend which to me is not that logical and will result in large DD.
