Hi Dave,It depends how you define a trend I suppose. The KangarooEA uses an averaging system, which is neither a grid nor a martingale. It has a very smart logic to enter additional trades and why in 8 months we have not had a losing trade sequence in our results. As long as you have set your risk according to your tolerance level, just let the KangarooEA do its thing for you and continue to make money on your account.

Hi Clearpaper,No problem there at all. The numbers are there to help us with support so we can recognise what trades the KangarooEA is using. What you described is correct 100%.

Hi Gerald,Thank you for taking the time to look at the KangarooEA. We have voted once for our product. Our vote was:Profitability 5/10Ease of use 10/10Pricing 7/10Customer Service 10/10I think that is an honest appraisal of how we view ourselves. Other then that other people have voted on the EA.As for results:Here are our official accounts:http://www.myfxbook.com/members/TulipFX/kangarooea-cfx/56195 (7+ month history)http://www.myfxbook.com/members/TulipFX/kangarooea-small-live-c/68427 (4+ month history)We have also recently added in 12 other brokers so users can watch their performance. Hi Nick,We have clients running the KangarooEA on IBFX. The KangarooEA is not spread dependent, of course spreads do pay their part but KangarooEA is not a scalper after 2 or 5 pips, so as long as the spread is reasonable (say 3 or under) then that is fine.KangarooEA version 5.9 was released last week - as we had to fix an issue with the newsfilter, so we added many (almost all) of the Version 6 improvements (hence version 5.9 ... almost 6). We have the user interference solution and the partial fills to release in the final version 6. These are quite complicated logics so we are taking our ti...

Hi DennisL,Sorry for the late reply, but I didn't notice you had commented. This demo we have done the small trades to verify trading privileges but simply have not done the small verification trades on the live account because we'd rather not corrupt its results with these trades.

lolik,There is never any commission on backtests. The results are always after the spread is taken into account.

Hi lolik,Backtest reports do not show these statistics, that is why you cannot find them , not because we are hiding or have deleted them.If you wish please add the backtests statistics to excel or look to use an analysis program which has all kinds of extra data presented for you to make your decision on.

Hi Kenny,Yes. This is just a small account to show live trading results. It does not make economic sense for us to put any more money into this account then necessary as a demonstration because it would be better off in our portfolio account allowing it to be used by all our EAs.Yes. Having a $500 account is not going to cover your subscription. Points worth noting are - the EA didn't trade from the 20th to the 9 of January, December and January are quiet months, and with the new EURUSD pair the expected returns are now double.

Hi KobebeefWe trade with The Collective, so use The Collective demo as we have found it identical to our live feeds. We had live trades private while we were building up to our launch. They are now unlocked. For any system with private open trades you can always observe their drawdown via the equity balance to the left of the main graph. Positive equity curvesOzzie @ TulipFX.

Hi SOLAR,We have been using KangarooEA on our live accounts for about a year, along with many other EAs in our library. This demo is set up to demonstrate KangarooEA's individual performance. It is not a scalper nor does it trade the quiet Asian session and since starting the demo we have seen an exact match between the demo trades and our live trades.Your comment is a common one though. Which is fair enough, because many less reputable EA systems do use questionable brokers on demo to show unrealistic results.Because of this, we have transferred a small amount from our trading portfolio o...
