For high-volume strategies like scalping, consider using automated tools like MT. This can make it easier to evaluate performance without getting lost in the details.

Absolutely. The bottom line is what matters, though I find occasional reviews helpful to ensure the robot adapits well to market dynamics.

In any case, you can evaluate the overall picture of trading efficiency.

If trading skills are 20%, fund management 30%, and mentality 50%, my calculator says I need more coffee to keep up with these percentages 😁.

On my experience the better way is to set strict trading hours and stick to them. Overtrading is often a fatigue trap. Take regular breaks and give yourself time to recharge.

The correction to 162.700 could be a solid entry point. That's what I would do.

Great end of the month. Many traders have lost due to frequent market fluctuations and the horizontal channel, but I have been watching your trades for the past week and am amazed by your success.

I'm sorry for your trade, but it’s more important that you've made the right conclusion. The market does have an unpredictable nature, and relying on long-term stability even for companies like Tesla would just not be possible for me personally. Not to mention the nerve-wracking volatility. Why did you choose Tesla?

In my recent GBP/USD trade, initiated on February 21st, I entered a short position at 1.26044. A stop loss was set at 1.26329, just above a minor resistance point to limit risk, while the take profit was placed at 1.25752, targeting a previous support level. The trade closed on the same day at the stop loss level, resulting in a $5,700 loss. This outcome suggests that my bearish outlook was perhaps premature, or I may have overlooked short-term bullish signals. It's a reminder of the volatile and unpredictable nature of forex markets and the necessity of rigorous risk management.

Despite its simplicity, 90% of traders fail. Apparently not everything is as simple as it seems at first glance.

I don’t have a specific strategy, I trade several instruments, watch the market, the trend, and when the trend and tools match, I enter the marketI watch more experienced traders, I’m interested in their strategies precisely because I think that it is needed to develop my own if I’m here in a long run.As for teaching someone, I have a skeptical opinion. In general, I think that various Forex trainings or trading training are just a waste of time and money, you need to look for your own, just use useful tips from more experienced ones.

I'm more into trading than analytics, but I'll try to analyze one of my latest trades.I will be glad to your comments.I started trading the USD/CAD pair after it broke through the resistance level at 1.34100, which had formed a series of peaks at the end of the week on January 12th and January 15th on Monday. It was a confident trend-following position that had been growing since December. I set a take profit level around 1.34500, which was indicated by the active impulse peak on January 11th. I didn't seek additional confirmations; in principle, I had enough understanding of the t...

If you ask me, I sometimes place pending orders, but this is not an exit point, it is more of an entry point. To exit I use sl or tp.

It's a smart move to consider these intermediate resistance levels, as they often catch traders off guard. Does anyone have a strategy for dealing with such midway resistance points in their trading?
