Glad to see and know I-See-Bucketshop is finally and actually making some effort to solve their clients' issues.I think I-See-Bucketshop does not want another ex-client like myself giving them more bad publicity.....also, since I have already filed a "misconduct report" to ASIC, the bucketshop broker is also worried of more clients and ex-clients filing more complaints to ASIC who will then be compelled to conduct a detailed investigation into I-See-Bucketshop business activities. Don't expect I-See-Bucketshop support to be professional because they respond to their clients problems and issues as directed by their employer.As admitted publicly by a very senior manager of I-See-Bucketshop's Head of Dealing Desk, Angus John Walker, to my thread at the FPA (post no. 51, dated Aug 13 2015):Rahman, you know as well as myself that those spread graphs were taken from myfxbook. I think I have finally found the relevant ASIC address and form (Report of Misconduct Form) that I have been looking for to make/file my report on this I-See-Bucketshop broker.....not to recoup my money but to highlight to ASIC that the unethical broker is using the MT4 Virtual Dealer plugin to manipulate some of their client's trading account(s). As a matter of fact, when I first started trading with this greasy broker back in early 2014 (I think), I used to post “love poems & songs” praising them for their fast withdrawals processing. There is a pending case against ICMarkets over at the Forex Peace army and, even though their representative has been invited to explain their company's position, none took up the invitation.That's a very disconcerting concern because that indicates that the broker might indeed be in trouble.

@Fariwar....just typical broker's salesman lack of training in PR, arrogant attitude, and frustrated in working for a quickly deteriorating company like ICMarkets.They keep that up and these broker's salesmen will bring the company down to go the same way as the other has-been brokers. We are the Traders with the money to pay their salaries and commissions and we do not need to trade with a bad broker as there are hundreds of other much better brokers out there to chose from.
