The bottom line is, from my own personal experience that forex crescendo expert advisor is a cheap piece of junk that never really makes money .Further, it's used as a "front" to collect emails and try to sell other junk to the uninformed. BEWARE !!

Miscellaneous Demo Accounts: Small losses on EUR/USD. Flawlessly executed +200 pips on EUR/JPY. Discovered it is not a gold trade (yes I know it isn't supposed to be a gold trader) r. Although it was nearly 1000 pips in profit (XAU/USD) it let the trade(s) fall back into a loss. It's close though.Good trading to all.

Dear Fellow Trader,I'm not sure how long you've been using FGB but I have also suffered some losses today. However, I'm still in profit (by a few hundred pips) after only a couple of weeks.All this and my broker(s) suck. Hi fxgrowthbotI had inquired about the procedure of switching the EA from a PC to a VPS. Do we just need to request a new license key after the switch ?Also, do you have any plans to release other versions of the EA that are optimized for different currency pairs?I must add that I have "screwed around" with EA's for a few years now and I'm beginning to see more potential with FGB than with any EA I've ever used.THANKS !!

I have no problem with being civil but since fxgrowthbot didn't answer my questions, a group hug is not a possibility.I haven't tried U/C as it's a little less volatile than E/U. However, I humbly encourage you to open a demo account with a broker that offers silver and the various gold pairs. You MIGHT like what you see.Cheers,MPierson

Thank you for your patience while we've indulged in our lunacy. Will you be releasing optimized versions of the EA for different currency pairs? I see potential with this EA and wouldn't mind buying it again for different pairs.Also, if switching from PC to VPS, do we need to request a different license number?Thank you in advance for your reply.

I think I had close to the same trades as Raymond. At any rate, the bot has now swung into profit of about 270 pips for the (nearly) 2 weeks of testing. Not bad when you consider that most of the losses were during Christmas week. I may even become impressed and I especially like the R:R ratio. Most EA's aren't too concerned with that.Regarding brokers, I would not rate Forex.cpm as the worst. Yes, they did get a well deserved fine but since then they seemed to have cleaned up there act. The EA did close the remaining 2 trades in profit, about 67 pips each. So, it's in profit for the week and still 39 or 40 pips down since I began testing. At least that's a little more encouraging. Will just have to see how the next few trades go, I guess.

Three trades opened today (short in the 1.3160 area. I'm using MB Trading btw). One has been stopped out for another loss of about 35 pips. The other 2 are in a small profit. Basically, it seems that the bot buys at resistance and sells at support. It will take a good run to make back the pips lost so far.The remainder of the week will be interesting (with NFP). I'm thinking the bot will either prove itself or it will be time to move on.It also seems that the programmer of the bot has "vacated the premises" ??? Thanks for the backtesting. I agree that the "jury is still out". The bot took its first 4 trades for me early on Friday. 4 trades, all were losers for total loss of about 100 pips. In fairness it was a choppy market but not off to a good start.Will demo test another week and should have a better idea of performance.
