Mine fired the additional lots at the original entry price as well today. I had it set to one entry per strategy and ended up with 6 open trades. It looks like their is a bug.

It enters on the daily chart at open. It is a counter trend trade at open of a new daily bar when the previous close to the high or low of the daily bar. It looks like it has some filters on it so it doesn't trade every day. His original strategy was to activate a 16 pip trialling stop at 15.5 pips resulting in most trades being at breakeven. 90-95% will hit 16 pips before 125 pip stop. IMO that stop was too tight and it was simply more effective to give the trade move room to develop. As it trades on the daily chart it could have used a lower time frame to find a more effective entry...

I have found that neg correlation the most interesting one, it just needs a fixed tp at 16 pips. I run it stand alone and also in fusion. Stand alone runs fixed tp while other runs trailing stop using MTMP & fusion settings. I risk 4% on first fixed and 2% on trailing. Once hit 16 pips I have it adjust stop to 1% risk or 64 pips and activate 24 pip trail at 32 pips. This EA could have won the contest if he traded it with larger risk per trade(it was a contest say 15%) and used similar strategy. It has been the most consistent EA of the bunch since the contest started. 16 pip tp125 p...

it would be nice if they had a stealth setting on hirider advanced like they do on fusion. Live account gets delays in mt4 close to take profit.

If only they had some sort of trailing stop over a certain threshold, the lmd was up 100 pips on eurusd long at one point today. https://www.myfxbook.com/portfolio/fusion-12-live-conservative-settings/19125I have had much different lmd trades on my live account forex.com gmt 0, I also had a supervolcano trade this am on my live account. Could be a bad day for fusion on ea labs live account, it has a 3 long trades open on gbpjpy and eurusd. Supervolcano has 3 trades almost 300 pips down. hi rider has 10 open trades down 67 pips at this time.

I had some missed trades on hirider on my alpari demo due to no connection as well. I had even changed all the magic numbers before I started it.

There are a few free ea's to manage exits. Order guardian and trade protector on the mql4 community are good starting points. You could modify trade protector to have 2 profit thresholds with different trailing percentages much like you described. It is meant as a profit taking ea much like a chandelier stop. It does use a proportional trailing stop which is an interesting concept. Instead of a fixed pip trail, it will trail say 85% of profit once it reaches a certain trigger.Order guardian allows you to draw trend lines for exit tp and stop loss. Both of these exits are hidden from ...

I have it on a alpari demo and forex.com live account. My account placed lmd trades an hour later as forex is gmt 0 . This made a big difference as demo account went long gbp 15 min before selloff. Live went short gbpusd an hour later for 74 pips i closed it at 49 with a proportional trailing stop.I would suggest that the exits need help. If it is launching multiple trades why close them at same time. Why not scale out with tp at support levels and have a trailing stop. SuperVolcano placed a nice long gbpjpy trade Wed it was up over 105 pips only to go back to down 30 pips and closed for ...
