Well it looks like he had like 70 trades that were open and got stopped out today.That's probably why he refuses to show us his open trades, cause it would paint a much different picture.

I am working very closely with the XEM IT head to resolve these issues. I still don't know if it's a poorly configured server or what. I do know, when I first started testing before MQ rolled out the last major 445 update things worked better. It wouldn't surprise me if the issues are coming from the latest mt4 server updates.I'm still giving them a chance running micro lot accounts but it's hard to take any results seriously since the server is not stable. I'm wondering why this account has hidden all open orders. Considering you have a bonus on this account it makes it impossible for any observer to calculate the true current DD on this account unless you show the open orders.

How does a using a copier increase speed? Using a copier each trade will need to be closed one by one. The way it works now all the orders have the same tp and are set on the trade server so when the price hits they are instantly closed.Using a copier you are introducing requote delays as well as slippage.

You are certainly welcome to try that but I'm not sure I see the benefit as the basket is setup to close as per the grid settings. If you are using a demo for trigger then there is good chance you will close things early and not get full tp on your baskets. If you want to close them with smaller TP then just adjust that in the setting.Not 100% clear what you mean by "improve closing time" since using a copier is slower than a server side TP.

since hacked isn't a scalper the spread is not as important as getting filled without slippage. Of course the lower the spread is always better but I wouldn't go so far as to pay a commission to get a lower spread.

They seem ok so far. It's too soon to tell as this past week they had server issues that were caused by the recent metaquotes updates.I think they are resolved now though.

I agree with you on both counts. I have purchased a bunch of tools put out by 4xtrader that help to keep logs and discover if your broker is doing shady things with your accounts. I would not run an EA on any live account without them.http://4xtrader.net/#4da712044ce31

That is there standard answer for all server related issues. Fact is I already had mine unchecked when I started having this issue so I'm afraid to say that will not fix it. They did update again this weekend but the build number stated the same. The exe does have a different size and date. If you have already updated to 445 then you can get this latest update by running the terminal installer from the xem site.
