Yeah it's tough Swing Trading on a small account. You have to be the MOST patient person in the world to swing trade a micro account. When I really started to understand trading I tried all kinds of strategies. Scalping 5 minute charts wrecked me emotionally. Absolutely true! I'd like to use my very first account I opened in 2010. I opened a $1000 account on the Saturday (I think...), and started trading that Monday.Now the previous few weeks I opened a demo account with the same amount, and I traded like an animal and turned it into $16000 in less than two weeks. And I think I did it mostly with 0.5 lot sizes, which on a demo account is kind of ok. The big think is, I found that when I used stop-losses I almost always lose money, so I skipped the stop loss levels and just sat in front of the PC and opened and closed trades when I feel like it....

I see this all the time. New traders tend to think that these "enormous" results in short periods of time can be duplicated in a live trading environment. It's hard to give advice to new traders when you don't know what level of trading experience and trading knowledge they have. But I can tell you what worked or me 7 years ago.Many new traders tend to trade the smaller time frames like 1 to 15 minutes, because that's where all the "excitement" is. Problem is, if you don't know what you're doing trading these time-frames you usually try and take profits quickly and sit with losing trades far too long. That's what I struggled with in the beginning. Take profits way too soon and not get out of loosing trades quick...

I just noticed something... when I paste the code here it changes the double quotes to single quotes... probably why it does not work.... the indicator name MUST be between double quotes...see the script sample, and remember to use the indicator name exactly as it appears on your PC...
