I have never had any problems with my broker. My MDP continues to make reasonable profits. I believe you guys focus on the wrong things. Always looking at small details instead of the big picture. It seems like you mostly believe that all brokers are involved in some kind of conspiracy to take your money. In the US the brokers are highly regulated and would incur hugh fines if they did any of the things you guys keep claiming in these posts. If you think brokers are dishonest then close your accounts and get out of Forex.

I believe MDP needs a stops level of 3 or less. That doesn't mean that if a broker has it at 0 it is better. MDP places it at 3 so if the broker has a 0 level it really doesn't mean anything except tht MDP can trade there. Anybody else??

My account is about $7,700 so my current trades are about .80 lots. I have seen people post in forums that are opening positions between 5 and 10 lots and reporting good results. Where do you get your information? I would like to contact the person/persons this happened to and see just what happened. Sometimes this kind of information comes from assertions and not actual facts. Somebody gets upset and posts something that is just made up and then it takes off and gets repeated like as if it were true. So help us out. Did this hapen to you? I have no idea and basically don't care. I am interested in the bottom line and mine is growing nicely. Furthermore, my account is on a private server owned by a member of this forum so I don't even know the settings. I think too many people on this forum, and others, focus too much on the tiny things and don't focus enough on the big picture. Which is: Am I making money at a reasonable rate. Do you have any proof that once you get to about 8 position size that you can't get your orders completed? Did you make this up or is there some actual evidence? If there is some evidence I would really like to know. That number seems very small for the broker to care enough to screw you on trades. Its not in his best interest.

I have only used IBFX since I have absolutely none of the problems with other brokers reported here. Just now is an example. I had 7 trades in the last spike and a 7% increase in my equity in only two minutes and everybody else was reporting average to below average results. Their brokers not executing, delays, etc. I don't understand with all the complaints why people keep using these brokers. Interesting, I had 16 trades, 9 winners and 7 losers for an overall pip loss of -4.6 but an amazing dollar gain of $6.00 on a 7K account. (some pip losing trades were for smaller position size)

Actually, how long has it been available? Not many live accounts would be that old. I bought it about two months ago and just about a week and a half ago went live with $6,000. My VPS is a private one with the person who posts here often, professor53. Since I went live with real money the account has gone from $6,000 to $6,875, or a little over 14% in about one week. I actually have a request for quotes there right now to create a new custom indicator that would dovetail with MDP trading. I usually get about 5 to 10 bids and select the one that is reasonable and the programmer has lots of EA experience and excellent references. It is very possible that the coding for MDP may be way more complicated that the coding I had done. I will give him the benefit of the doubt and assume it may have cost him more than I paid since most of my EA's were not that complex.
