I absolutely disagree. MT4 is a good platform for a retail trader and a learning automated trader. MT5 is even better. Both of them have their lacks. And agree that there are better platforms for retail traders. But MT4 and MT5 are VERY decent platforms for retail trading!So you decided to turn to C#. Very good bet! But... using cAlgo? Another retail platform, a new born? Yes, I suppose it will improve a lot in the coming years... But, for now, it is still a baby that needs to wear nappies... With a lot of important bugs. Actually, it's an EA.At this moment I'm not thinking in giving away the code or the compiled EA. I'm testing it again after some time idle in forward tests. If this ea seems to be profitable as the backtest shows, I think it'll be silly to make it public.. I would think instead about managing accounts, or just my own account. At last, if these backtests are near to reality, why manage other people's money? What I will do if this ea really works is tell the basics of this ea in this forum, just to let people try other ways to success.

I think that some of my trades have disappeared from my history, in the MetaTrader platform.At least one operation closed, but it did'nt appear in the history...

Thank you very much for your suggestions.I will try all of your suggestions.Another big problem of this kind of Experts is that it's a grid scalper, and it works with pending orders. Spread has a big influence over it. Also, whereas backtests goes fine, the forward tests fails.So at these moment I'm also working in Grid Experts not scalpers. With less benefits, but also steadier. I've got one backtest uploaded here. Its name is something similar to yokinfxJumper.Anyway, I will test the expert with your suggestions.Again, thnx a lot.

I have no problem in providing you the set file, but this EA is not free, you can't find it in the web, because I have developed it and have not made it public. Do you still want the set?Also say that in my forwards tests I think that the best way to improve drawdown and lower risk is using a fixed amount of lots.I've tried to upload these tests to myfxbook, but they seem to be too large and it gives me errors, sorryThanks

Hi Lorenzo,My strategy is based in one expert called MakeGrid. I don't where I found it. I found that expert, and modified it with an agressive Money Management.But actually, I'm not able to reproduce this backtest in forward test.Even if I achieve this, I don't know if it'll work in a real account, because it's a real scalper.I've got in my portfolio several accounts with different configurations of this expert, but they're private. I will post the result of the tests, to let you know if this is possible or not.regards

I'm still testing it, it's a new born and there are many flaws, it's too agressive, for example. I want to try it in a real account, but everything must be tested first.

Hi,I just found a profitable expert and modified it with a very agressive Money Management.
