Possibly you have too low deposit or leverage, that it why with lower risk, the leverage is enough. Anyway I suggest you to contact our support, they will help you to figure out everything!

The best thing in our loss, that nobody of our customers didn't get the same loss, but only us 😄. It's looks like was some issue at our broker side.

Hello. FXCharger works in that way, that at any specified risk it will have lotsize and stoploss that will give possibility to system to work right and have the same point of loss for 30% and for 100% risks. So your specified risk % doesn't effect on reliability of the system it effect only on amount of possibly loss money. You can easily check it at backtests with different risks - results will be the same.

Hello!We always said, that there are no systems that never get loss. I told that it will happen someday with our robot but it's not so scary. Sooner or later the loss will be anyway 😄. That is why we recommend to use drawdown control in our EA. Yes, you are right, we changed risks, to be able to recover deposit fast. And this idea is damn good because of two factors:1. As you can see FXCharger has no losess from 2013 year at backtests. And this also proves by live trading from very begining of 2016 year. So we can co we can conclude that losess is a very rare thing for our system. ...

Hello! I believe this monitoring is not of our EA. Our settings works only at EURUSD and AUDUSD. But customers with FXCharger Advanced can use also any other trading pairs and specify their own settings. But we do not take any responsibility for other people's settings.

Hello! More than a year ago, you said almost the same 😂 (you can see it at page 3 of this discussion): "It is clear martingale.All martingale ends up badlyYou can never say when and that is the key.It can end up badly very next week you use it on your account..."Well, as you can see, we are still online and still trades in profit even without lose 😄, but we have drawdown control on 23% - system will close all on stoploss, if we will reach 23% of drawdown.

Hello! Well, it's not true, that we don't return money. But yes, we don't provide refund if our refund rules were violated. Everybody can easely read it at our page of terms.We beliave our rules is fair and we don't force anybody to buy, if he don't like our rules. Hello. I think nobody understand about what drawdown do you talk. If I understand you correct, you are talk about our backtest with "Hight profitability". I hope you understand that in this mode risks is set to maximum to show the max profitability. That is why system earned at this test 68 651%, such profitability is inpossible with low risks - I'm sure everybody understand it 😄And yes, you are right, in tests with compound interest you should to look at Relative drawdown, at tests with no compound interest, you need to look at Maximal drawdown 😉

Hello,Well, you said it almost year ago 😄 As you can see our EURUSD version still trades very good and AUDUSD was too, until these days. But yes, AUDUSD pair had really bad trend for us and unfortunately we was trades with all our deposit, not as we recommend to our client's. We trade with such risks, because it requires from us by community. Nobody interested in systems, that makes 5-10% monthly, but with very reliable trading - unfortunately 😞 Just need to specify risk 20-30% in EA and your account will be always fine.
