I got no problem logging in to FRWC member's area these few days. Maybe the problem is due to cookies. My cup is totally empty now.

I got reply saying they agree to refund. I want to see it really goes back to my account soon. Else, the authorities will open a thorough investigation into this matter.

For refund, now they say we need to demo for 30 days not 30 days from purchase date. They seem to be changing words. Do you think they have intention to refund at all?

I do agree with you after demo for 4 weeks. I noticed my scalping EA hardly made any money. Their customer service has much to improve.

It's working fine, I just log in but they have not reply me on my specific refund date. According to their email reply, they emailed me that its 30 days from purchase date. Hopefully they stick to their words.

I was told that if you need refund you must use 0.01 lots, meaning follow strictly the manual eventhough their competition and live accounts use more than 0.01 lots. Have anyone here apply for refund directly from Plimus (before your 30 days are up)?

If the account blew up, we can continue trading the same account till the 30 days are up, no need to restart a new account. According to FRWC customer service, the 30 days refund starts from purchase date not demo date. I believe FRWC is sincere in delivering a great EA as my demo account was in the positive until the last trading day of February when the 'Martingale Grid' blew it up with 10 trades (each with increasing lot sizes) against the trend. Quickly I switched over to FRWC live account, they manually closed up all those trades plus the opened Super Volcano positions for a total loss of US770. Else they were actually up 33% mainly contributed by LMD and Hirider.

So how do they refund you - check, wire? Do you need to fill a form or go through Plifmus? Only Hirider & LMD are great robots after testing over the past 2 weeks.

This is a great broker but currently their demo server is down. Live customer support quite helpful and courteous.
