Does anyone know of (or have experience with) whether or not MDP works with FXOpen's ECN account. As far as i am aware, there should be nothing hindering it from doing so. It meets the low spread and fast execution requirements. Plus there are no restrictions form placing pending orders close to the bid/ask price.I have read in a couple places where people had some trouble with the stop orders getting rejected but they didn't say if the account was ECN or not. I know this EA would not work on their non ECN accounts because of the order closing in less than one bar and limitations on pe...

I actually think this is a pretty good policy. Why would anyone want a refund if it was making money? If you happened to join in a month with a Stoploss hit, it would be easy to show your account wasn't profitable. Anyway..... currently the markets are crazy....what can you expect?

I can support Bill in that. Everything is business as usual for FXOpen. I have been making quite a lot of money working through them. I know they have a lot of US clients and very much do not want to lose them. There are a lot of bad brokers out there, but FXOpen is not one of them. The CFTC is just going after them because they are in a position that the CFTC has not been able to control. They are grasping at straws trying to gain complete control and are using whatever means necessary. Worst case senario, FXOpen will have to move their US located online servers overseas. FXOpen is an excellent company. I have traded through them and others. I would venture to say that they are as good if not better than any other company. Before you jump to conclusions, you should research a bit. try finding FXOpen in the Delaware corporate registry. I hunted for them when i first heard about this lawsuit because i was under the impression that they had no US presence. I have tried to find them in the registry for several days now. The registry still keeps saying they don't exsist. I think this is just the American government trying to dictate world policy again. I hope th...
