Absolutely right! New traders always remain in a hurry in making profits rather than focusing on learning. Getting green signals and making profits on forex demo accounts doesn’t mean that you are now pro, even experienced traders always try to explore new techniques to manage their risks. Focus on learning with skills. Rest experience will help you in the long run.
When a trader is a newbie

I think a trader is still a newbie if he has no knowledge of the forex market although he is trading on call and trade. The real trader is the one who is trading on forex with his skills. The tag of newbie can only be removed with experience.

Demo trading can’t be ignored if you want to reduce the risk on your trades. It is not necessary that you are new to trading then only you should practise on demo trades. I still tune up my trading skills on demo accounts to enhance the forex trading skills.

New to trading and you are thinking of scalping? I would suggest you to think twice before doing that, because scalping is very difficult to the point where even some experienced forex brokers do not recommend them. You can try scalping in demo trading and see if you are confident to try that out in real account.

I think both, but the ratio may vary, luck only will be in your favour if you have done some amount of work in that direction. There is no substitute for hardwork, you have to do that.

Ofcourse! The financial goals and risk taking capacity of each trader is different and so are the rules. For example, for the risk management part, every trader should work on analysing the amount of risk he can take and then try to trade in that limit.

Yes there are some compliance that have to be followed by forex brokers. But choosing one of the brokers is a very important task. I would recommend that shortlist some of the brokers and make comparisons between them.

Yes it is, you can’t open big positions with actual balance unless you are a big billionaire like Bezzos! I found this as a fantastic tool but if used with proper knowledge as this can wipe off your account balance too in times of unfavourable trade conditions.

This completely depends upon the individual’s understanding level of forex trading. I took around 10 - 11 months to take up my success ratio to 60 to 70 % of whole trades. If you have a mentor to guide, this period may be shorter than mine.

True, leverage can lead to both neg and pos results, but managing our funds is in our own hands. The better we handle our money, the more close we are to our goals. I always rebalance my positions in a trade if I get a bad signal from any indicator.

I always use bollinger bands to predict the movement of currency pairs. Along with bollinger bands I use MACD and RSI to get the clear idea of overbought and oversold volumes. Combination of these three always helps me too keep my trade success around 80%.

I don't think so, if you have fair knowledge of how to make use of the indicators and tools, you can make the complex strategies simple. In strategy you must know where the entry point and exit point for your trade keeping in mind the position size you hold.

Both are important according to me. I practice a lot on technical and fundamentals and find ways to connect both of them to make a trade strategy.
