Most FCA and ASIC regulated brokers are levered at 1:500 - thats even higher than FXC's 200. Barring a few exceptions.Some day the offshore broker may disappear. Let alone profits - investors may not even recover their own capital.This happened to me twice, at BlueMax Capital and TradeWale.They had great service too - but only till they shut down and the emails bounce back.And then, clients cannot go after anyone - Offshore regulations are as good as nothing.TickMill is a big broker actually. But this MAM is run by their Seychelles entity.I am surprised why that is. Looking at Wassel's...

Hi @wassel2017 Is there a reason why both MAMs are with Offshore Brokers?It would be so much nicer to keep my money with a FCA regulated broker. If not, atleast with ASIC.Others feel free to comment.

Hi @Effectburn ,You may have a point.But, every system has a drawdown. And so does this one.You said loss - but if you look at the system report, it is +16830.1%.So, what loss are you referring to?As investors we are open to facts - it helps us.But what you are saying is not tying up with the report here.Can you explain what you mean?

Thanks @MattKoola I dont see your country in your profile. Assuming you are in the US, what do you use?The problem is just not hedging - its FIFO restriction also.If we use copy signals, many signals do hedging. So no go with US brokers.And, if we have multiple signals, FIFO will not let them close out positions.Horrible.

I know. But FXChoice does allow US residents, and hedging also.But my concern is its not regulated so my capital may be at risk with them.So my question is what other brokers allow it, preferably Regulated.

I've been wondering the same. Correct. But DD has got nothing to do with which is more important between Balance and Equity.The classic DD formula measures the gap between Balance and Equity, at the same time on Time axis.If you are going to measure the difference between Equity and Equity itself, one Peak and one Current, now you cannot have the same time on time axis. You have to pick them from two separate times - one somewhere in the past, and one current. Which is a flaw.This is why MyFXBook, SignalStart, MQL5, all of them define and calculate DD as difference between Balance and Equity, at a given time. They are not ...

This is a general question for all signals - but I am posting here because I am a Frero subscriber and it shows a big balance.How do we know how much in master Frero account is trader's own money, and how much is investors money.This makes a big difference. @CuongVC Thats a good argument.But remember, DD= (Balance-Equity)/BalanceIs the classic formula. Because DD is really trying to measure "the gap" between the current balance, and current equity.Even though your balance increases, and equity remains same - the gap has increased. Thats what the 18.18% is trying to report.What its saying is, that equity has not caught up with increased balance yet.
