Hi how do I get a refund, because I am not satisfied with the performance of the ea so far. You said on your website that you accept refunds within 60 days so how do I get my refund?

maybe I will wait a bit longer, the ea seems to be working a bit better now. But the problem I see with this ea is it's risk/reward ratio. Sometimes it will take a loss and then it will take 2 wins to recover from that loss. Anyway, I hope it keeps on performing better.

I also stoped this EA because of continuous losses today on October 4th. The performance looked impressive before I bought in June, but since then closed every month with a loss. The results on my live account matched most trades here, but some closed on the live account with a loss, compared to the Demo account shown here. On live accounts spreads are higher and therfore on a few trades the TP was not reached. There is no profit protection build into, so the trades were stoped out.
It was wasted time and money to buy Infra Pips.

yeah, that is what it is looking like to me. Luckily I didnt trade it live. Anyway, who knows, maybe its performance will pick up in the future when "market conditions are right" whatever that means, and it will be a winner in the long run. But I'm not gonna put it on my live account hoping for that day to be today.

this ea is looking completely useless to me right now. The owner should just send the master copy to those of us who bought it and then we can optimise the parameters ourselves. I have the feeling that someone is no longer optimising this ea on the master copy side just because they have already made their money and that is why it is no longer profitable.
