This is the pilot PAMM account with Alpari, this uses a combination of 3 different algorithms, trading different scenarios, with automated order management and hedging. I would be interested to know if anyone else has experimented much with combining algos?

Hi Fellow traders, I would like to open the topic of Grid Trading Strategies, and in particular the Super Martingale technique with hedging, I am currently employing a variation of this on the current system, and have made a few interesting observations on the way!

I usually asses any algo on an hourly basis first and foremost, then look at how it performs on a daily basis, this is where I am at so far on an initial 1k account, in the current market

Open to and looking for feedback on this system, looking to collaborate with other like minded traders. This system utulises a cross overlapping grid based strategy, with money management and hedging, it is the result of experimenting with a few different systems over the years, and so far, this is the most stable and most consistent of all the systems tested to date.Id be interested to know of anyone working on anything similar, and the sorts of results that they might be getting.

Sure, consistently? every hour?, 24hrs a day? You would be a trillionaire! Love to see your account results!I am for 5% because of the low risk and minimal drawdown for the bots...

Yes I agree, there is a lot of rubbish out there, what never ceases to amaze me, are the number of devs and retailers that only show backtesting results, and expect you to part with the $$. I did, however, find one that seems to be working, we made a few tweaks to the code, like money management, and vola! What's your view on well-designed grid traders?

I think your right Aaron, we are in the process of working with Dukascopy on this, and have been in contact with their legal team, as we are in the process of setting up a small prop trader firm, and there are certain things you can do, unlicensed, that do not fit the description/terms of the AFSL requirements.
