I personally don't recommend any ICO to anyone and don't follow or study any ICO also and at least not for now. If you are referring to the name "Fibonacci", then we are very much aware of that it is wrong. But we don't bother to change it now, because then we have to change the name everywhere where we have used the name and hence, we have kept it as "Febonacci" as it was originally when we created this EA.

Yes, Binance is a crypto currency exchange. Probably, they are going to add fiat deposits and fiat to crypto trading in coming months. Though I don't have much money there in that exchange, but based on my experience and research it seems to be a relatively reliable exchange as compared to other crypto exchanges considering various aspects like security, first deposit and withdrawal times etc. NOTE: But don't just go by my words. Make sure to do your own research properly before adding any money to any exchange especially into a new and emerging market like cryptocurrencies.
