Official deadline is June 5th (right?) but as they find flat accounts they're getting disabled. So in other words "move as soon as you can, but if you have open trades, they'll be closed on June 5th if you don't close them sooner". At least that's the impression I got.

Unfortunately I can't trade at hotforex anymore so I need to move the account. It'll be middle of next week before I'm set up again. Shucks. -Scott

Hello BlackCode!1 - Yes, ILQ is NFA regulated. The FIFO and Hedging rules are enforced in the back-office trading account. It's called "netting". The Metatrader 4 software is used as a 'gateway' to the account and has full trading functionality, while allowing us to be FIFO and Hedging compliant.2 - The results DEFINITELY vary from account-to-account, but they usually move in the same direction.
