no, he didnt intentionally want to scam you guys. Its just because his system is completely garbage but you guys ( even the vendor himself) dont see that. The vendor totally ignored all the basics of risk management and technical analysis with this system. I had been following the system for months and was waiting for the day it bursts.

but there is surely a problem here since the lowest of USDCHF I see on all my MT4's is only around 0.8. So you must have lost 1.4k at the most.

Oops, my mistake. Seems he has disabled myfxbook tracking on the account. Im wondering what he has been holding. Some of his recent closed trades lasted for over 4-5 weeks.

This wont work in real trading. This EA uses arbitrage trading which works well in DEMO but even if it works in REAL trading, the broker wont allow you to withdraw the profit and will even ban you from trading with them as well.

You are in denial. He withdrew the money on Jul 21, and the DD was only 13% on that day. Your system is very dangerous and not suitable for big accounts.
