I think it is better to use the default settings. Risk 10%, only long positions and trading only in the hours that were originally set there. This setup of yours might have worked for you in backtesting, but there is a problem with the correct setting of trading hours and spread, because each broker is in a different time zone and you have to set it correctly. It is also best to use the IC Market broker, with a raw trading account type.
