A very lousy VPS, purchase deluxe plan start using few day already sudden unable access, all mt4 setting inside cannot running, causing us huge lost. Finally need support help reboot only enable access back VPS, & all mt4 setting gone & need re-do again. Ask can I cancel purchase refund my yearly payment no reply

Alreay update to 1.7.3, but the result still same, current version is 610

I have 3 account stop updating more then 7 days! However in my MT4 logs, I see it keep updating the statement every 5 mins. It just doesn't update balance & equity on the website, but (highest) got updateBalance: $9731.69 (not update)Equity: (89.31%) $8691.43 (not update)Highest: (Mar 24) $10443.86the Highest actually should be current balancePlease Fixed the bug thanksDaniel FXDaniel FX 7Daniel FX 8both 3 account got same issue.

I has a suggestion to myfxbook as when we do a analysis or compare of each system, can we select or adjust the compare time frame like within a week, within a month etc. Is very important issue, thanks myfxbook
