Brown & Brown Acquired McNamara For Undisclosed Terms

(RTTNews) - Insurance brokerage firm Brown & Brown, Inc. (BRO) announced that it has acquired the assets of family-owned agency McNamara Co. for undisclosed terms.

McNamara services customers in all 50 states for four generations. The McNamara team will join the Brown & Brown office in Phoenix and report to Scott Jones, the leader of the Phoenix team.
