Hello,
when I am looking into the statement I can see slippages about 1 pip on SL every time.
I tested them, they had similar slippages even on every market order entry and exit, and execution times as long as 2-3 seconds.
Did you consider to use other broker to get better results? I doubt this one is suitable for scalping, standard 2-pip spread plus commision plus huge slippage.

Hi Sugarboy, no 'FFM' is related to my home town.
Hi Pam, I'd consider SmartFX as an average broker. Currently I am evaluating 7 different brokers for execution time, slippage and so on - all for scalper EAs. It will take some 1~2 months until all is done, but I'll publish the numbers.
Personally I consider SL/TP slippage is not too relevant as my EAs do monitor this internally anyhow. Slippage on open is much worse in my opinion and unfortunately you don't get this number as easy as for other numbers.
