Howdy maestro007,
This setup uses
* 2 x MT4's, 5 x charts of each (EU GU UCHF EJ UJ)
* 1 x conservative: false instance (aggressive entry)
* 1 x conservative: true instance (the defualt)
* Fixed lots: 0.10 (versus MM true)
Otherwise default settings.
Its approximately 4 X the risk of the official demo FWD (which commenced using 0.1 lots/$1000 for each pair).
I made it fixed lots to be sure that the EA didnt try to place under a 0.10 lot size and have decided to keep it at that to maintain a consistent setup. Otherwise I'd suggest that folks run with MoneyManagemenet: true, so tha risk per trade/account equity remains consistent.
Cheers, Adam :)

Hi Britt,
Phew....I just about had a heart palpataion when I read your first comment !
You be correct though, just verifiying the account (ECN4), we've been dragging our B'side on that, apologies to all those waiting and wondering is if its actually a real account. Funny though, no one questions it when you loose...........hehe.
Yes, 100% confirmed we've eliminated the issue of having an open order that didnt trail - mind you price hit the 50 pip hard take profit level more often than it ever hit the hard stop loss, such is the nature of the system to nail tops/bottoms. I'll be delving into some intentional functionality to take advatanage of that phenomenom in the near future....I'll let you know if it' a proveably profitable conncept in backtesting at least.
Cheers, Adam :)
ps, we've 3 other account pending verification, ECN1-3, that are our experimental settings accounts, which arent currently verified - but we'll get to that soon too - after I actually get them into trade again.

Howdy,

Anyone using this on other broker besides FxPig?
Can the settings be experimented on any excellent ECN broker (low latency, lowest spread ever on mt4)?
Yes, you can trade it on any broker that you feel has the required feed. In fact we've done quite a bit of work to make it more adaptable at other brokers.
However, it has been developed on the ECN @ https://nmi.fxpig.com/
Cheers, Adam :)

Hi Adam,
Just to check, is this running on the FxPig ECN or DMA. Also do you prefer either of these above the other?
Cheers,
Maestro
At the outset only the DMA was available at FXPIG, and we've left the FWD demo on that feed.
However, in real money testing the DMA just slipped too much, so, don't bother with it if using a tick sclaper.
The ECN is another completely different feed comprising of a mix of prime feeds including Dukascopy (amongst others) and has much less slip by compare to the DMA/STP option (in fact we've been seeing some positive slip of late). Because of this we suggest this feed as the number 1 choice.
If you want to know when you see positive slip - just compare the stop loss price versus the closing price (shows on on the myfxbook trade history too) If on a buy the close is higher than the stop loss = postive slip (and vice versa).
The system ALWAYS uses a hard stop loss on each trade (3-5 pips stop loss) and closes via a hard or trailing stop losss. It is an absolute rule of the system designed so that you need never worry about a disconnection of any sort. Its traded only at STP/DMA or ECN brokers so there is no need to hide the stop loss to avoid predatory broker tactics
Cheers, Adam :)

I'd rather not disclose the broker at the moment. Let's mature things a little more because broker behavior can change swiftly. For example, today I got an extra trade 18 minutes earlier than the trades taken at FxPig, which was a buy eurjpy and it closed for -22 pips. The strange thing is that the trailing stop had activated already one pip above entry, yet it closed two minutes later for a loss. I wrote to broker to research the trade execution.

Hi jsantos,
You seem a little worried by the prospect of news - but this isn't an Asian Scalping EA that trades the quiet sessions looking to dodge the big news - fear not.
NFP is typically one of the best days to trade this EA because it trades spikes that are generally caused by news events - and NFP is one of the biggest and eagerly anticipated by many traders and notably spike reversal traders - which we are.
For the same reason the volatility forecasted by the Greek election is welcomed (albeit more about weekend GAP risk which is not a risk to this system), its precisely the type of market environment this system is designed to trade in - chaos !
This type of EA you don't switch off and run and hide into the corner with when news events are pending - you double check to be sure you're looking at a bunch of smiley faces :) then hang on for about 30 seconds.
Cheers, Adam :)

Hi Adam,
this morning I did notice a significant difference between trades on your 1.15 ECN account and my (https://www.myfxbook.com/members/antonix/nmi-superscalper-115/334145). I have all orders closed at profit, but your acc has all negative. Exact the same trades. There are important factors to mention:
1. My acc is DEMO ECN(but on the same broker - fxpig).
2. I disabled [concervative] trading MT4, and left running only the one with agro ON(risk 0.3)
Right now I am very impressed with this EA. However results from your real account are not so good. Are you using different settings or perhaps have an idea what could be the reason of such losses?
Regards

Antonix, demo account is like flying an airplane on simulator: it will never crash. Live account is different story. It is the real world of brutal market execution of your trades.
I have one live account that lost money this morning and another live account that gained a little bit.
