You will get your money back, but being hyper-defensive is not going to help. Try being friendly instead of instantly going on the offensive. It will get you where you want to be much faster.
fughe...really I don´t understand from where you got to this conclusion but any way we all are different and everybody understands the world in his own way. I think 3 weeks are enough to solve such a small issue...in the end we are discussing here about a relative small amount of money.
I totally understand the situation between them but I am surprised that they did not even excused them self for the situation...or for example to say "please wait another week until we clarify this topic....financial problems...etc...etc"...and off course I would have not proceed like this.
I am not trying here to prove that I am right or not, I am just making public the fact that not everything advertised on the THOR website is not that "pink" how it looks and sounds.
In the end who wants to learn something from this I am shore he will, and be more prudent before buying from this people.

I am arriving to this conclusion from a few different points. Your wording in the contact messages you have posted is the first. Another is that you are implying very intensely that this company is a terrible company and people should avoid them. If i was a new trader that didn't know better.....and was looking for a good system to make some money.....you statements would probably cause me to turn away form this company.
The fact of the matter is, Thor makes money. Look in the MDP forum and you will see hundreds of people complaining of huge losses. Look in this thread and the only complaint since the memory leak was fixed is yours. Why? Because people who are not having problems and things are working great.....they almost never post on forums.
On a side note, I also use MDP and it works really well for me.
Chances are, it is your broker that is no good. The broker is usually the weak link in the chain.

If a company would treat you like this what will be your feedback regarding them?
So from your point of view they are proceeding in the correct way, right?

Plus, your comments continue to give you away. You are a negative person. That is why you have not yet received your money back. I would have a easier time of getting you a refund when I have nothing to do with either of you than you have on your own. But, I have a policy to not have anything to do with negative people. So, you still remain on your own without your refund. Had you asked, I probably would have helped you. But since you prefer attack me, I will avoid you.
Make losses, but always come out a winner at the end.

fughe I don´t have absolutely nothing against you that is why I said no offence, don´t take it personally. It is just that your arguments are amazing me.
Again another weird thing that you said "You are a negative person. That is why you have not yet received your money back."....so do you think this is a realistic reason for not answering or refunding the money?? :)) In this case they should add this information on their website ...: "Be aware I you are a negative person we will not refund you any money, nor answering to any of your emails related to this topic".
I apologize if you felt offended by everything I have said until now.
