lol this is demo account how liquidity is responsible for your drawdown. There is nothing wrong in a negative month for any strategy this happens. Anyways how liquidity of ECN broker can be effected by ESMA measure they pass all orders to liquidity providers so reduced leverage can't effect the execution.I am also trading with activtrades which reduces leverage but I haven't experienced any liquidity issue.
The market will trade through it’s path of least resistance .

There is nothing wrong with liquidity. Execution is perfect. ESMA measures affected only leverage size for me, and as a result - trading volume. I can't make the same volumes that I made before.
