Unless you have some kind of background in Finance or Econ, unless you have got great training from a professional, unless you have self-study of the markets for 3-5 years, worked in AUM , you are wasting your time and money trading Financial markets.Only then you have a chance of beating the odds. You need a rounded view of the whole market not just one slice.

On the longer time frames its looking bearish,I see 710 as support level, for now we are stuck around 860 need to break this level for bullish move.

Eur/USD still looks bearish,I would like to see a push down to the 710 level again before I would go long,my short level would be 960 level .

No one really knows what the news will be until its released apart from a few people, you can prepare for it though.Trade up to the news or 10-15 mins after,of course there is another option of a straddle trade, but you need to be experienced at doing this,I have done this many times successfully, you can get caught though if your not careful,it depends on what your trading and the Data type.I had a straddle on NFP on Friday past, which went well, you can check my post.

Is demo trading enough before real account?

That's fine if they have a large account, maybe their life savings in some cases ,this leads to a false sense of security,so they use large stop loss, what happens then is when they lose ,they increase the stop or leverage hoping to regain their losses ,until they see their account down to the last 10%.Then they say why didn't I start with a small account.... blogs are full of the same story unfortunately.

If you need to use 20 points of a stop loss you shouldn't be trading a live account.

If your going to trade with a stop loss of 20 points ,first your reward is 20+points away at least before you break even, second if your crap at entry points ,moving your stop this much you will get hammered,If your trade has moved more than 5 points against you, take it as a clear sign you entered at the wrong time.a small account with tight stop losses will make you very aware of capital protection.I have heard to many stories about large stop losses that escaped a few times then its wipe out,the market will catch you playing silly games.

Forget about chart patterns and signals when sentiment drives markets at data releases.

The only way to trade numbers is with a straddle and close out on the first bounce.

Well that was a surprise, better numbers than expected, did a low risk straddle trade which did catch 40 points on the spike down, closed out right away,710 would have been a much better bottom though.
