Hi Ayyashi,If you open a new chart that should load properly for you. Go to the Market Watch window and right-click on the currency pair that you want to chart. Then in the menu that appears, select "Chart Window" as shown below.http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/1632/fxcmmtrnewchart2012nove.pngJason

If you're selling GBP/USD at 1.5800 then your stop loss has to be above your sell price. Perhaps you meant to set it at 1.5900. That would be a 100 pip stop loss.

Hi Everyone,Several of you have mentioned having problems with getting the "off quotes" message frequently. Since FXCM uses 5-digit pricing (fractional pips), every 10 points for the Maximum Deviation is equivalent to one pip. If you adjust your Max Dev in the Order window, that should do the trick. Try setting the max deviation to 20 or 30 as shown below.http://img269.imageshack.us/img269/5299/maxdeviation2012may09.pngJason

Hi Geereg,US citizens are eligible for the prizes. Note that while US residents are able to trade a demo with up to 200:1 leverage for the purposes of the contest, should a US resident win one of the prizes, the live account prize would have a maximum of 50:1 leverage to comply with US regulations.Jason

Hi Jambol,Since we are not registered in Singapore, the regulators in Singapore do not allow us to open accounts for Singapore residents. Unfortunately, that's means you would not be eligible for the live account prizes from the contest.Jason

Hi Mychan,In regards to your question regarding deposits and withdrawals, I would need some more details in order to answer that for you. You can email me at
[email protected]
with your demo login and password, and I'll be happy to check it out.As Professor53 said (thanks 😄), your investor password should be different from your master password. That way people can use your investor password to see your trades, but they won't be able to place trades on your account themselves. Only the person with the master password can place trades on the account, so you should keep the master...
