Channel Trader PRO

For those using vortex and channel trader for a while now. Have you seen a trade down by -60 or -70 pips and then come back and be profitable trade? It seems rare I'm just wondering if it would serve me better to put in a 60 or 70 pip custom stop loss in the settings. The problem is I just have no way of testing my idea because we can't backrest a trade copier. I wish Doug would give us two licenses so I can run one on a real live account and one on a demo account to test different settings since I can only forward test. I don't want to test on a live account. What do you guys thin...

Yea I figured slippage must also work in your favor sometimes. There wasn't much of a choice of recommended brokers from the vendor that take American traders. I'm so far happy with fx choice as far as customer service. But the commissions did eat about 50% of the profit that I made this week. Trading 3 lots. 41$ use commissions. . Can anyone recommend a broker that accepts American traders with lower commission and slippage?

New to forex yes. What is babypips? Its my First week that's why I wanted to use robots while I learn. So there is no way that we know of to reduce the slippage? I'm using the standard VPS that fxchoice offers. 30% is kind of a big discrepancy in my book.

Hey guys. Rough first week with channel trader and vortex trader pro. Maybe my timing was bad but I'm confident in the strategy and I know they will make it up in spectacular fashion. The only thing that concerns me is that my trades were not exactly the same as the vendors. They were close. What could be the reason for this? I am using fx choice true ecn live account.
