Yes it's a potential "M" like eurusd on Daily.But EUR is bearish, so it's better for now to ignore these patterns and look for bearish signal, like the "W" you saw last week on EURUSD H4.

For once I do agree with ScalpingRus, the way you use martingale is to reopen straight away the same position with lot incresased... but why? the real strategy wouldn't open a new trade because the opportunity is gone. EA must to wait the next real opportunity to double the next turn.But this is off topic... there are dedicated thread for martingales.

Hey, you might have misunderstood a little thing. How to filter pattern:If it's a "M" on the top of the chart, it is better to avoid it.If it's a "W" on the bottom of the chart, it is better to avoid it.Here on USDJPY, we might get "W" on the top, so it would be fine.

It is a very good idea to go step by step, then if your DD is maintained below 9%, in 6 months time, you will be ready to to increase initial lots from 10 and so your DD should be under control (< 20%) and so your 50% goal can be achieved.Happy trading.
