I regularly take 5+% risk but spread over few pairs but always along the trend as I perceive them. Try to move stop to BE as soon as possible at at least 1;1 r:. though. still interesting how others take risk and how much.

Nasty story indeed. I think in any case it is their loss if they lose this kind of fund manager. I think with this kind of skills you should not have problem to get more clients and either set your own terms as other put it or get to trade with firm's capital to avoid all the hassle. Just do not let this get to you.

I am also day trading now elsewhere, had to really fight my proclivity towards looking for multiple r:rs. entries are good most of the time resulting in green pips. when I was showing my day trading last time here my average winner was 6 times of average loser. was good time... market changes constantly though. generally speaking it is good idea to check dailies and higher than 15 min charts to see what's going on. to avoid constantly looking for big scores. sometimes picking few pips here and there is all we can expect which is what i am doing. My trend trading is longer term project. Jud...

ok, e/j was I would call it a half assed signal, but it was for few pairs as well. I decided to take e/j and see what will be going on Sunday/ Monday. if I get stronger confirmation and existing trades move my way i might add few more trades. was a bit late with eur/aud. thinking shorting it a day before but there was no signal unlike eur/nzd and gbp/nzd. all are runners with big potential. gbp/aud too not of late though. aud/cad, i will let it run either stop otr profit. should have closed this garbage anyway. I noticed that those small currencies pairs do make runs but not that often. ok, tr...

Salted Croc, your rudeness and lack of self control over small matters makes you moron yourself.and what i am saying is a smart thing to do. Good trader can become millioner trading OPM with firms' capital.

If you are this good as you claim, still I suspect you are using atrocious risk to achieve those results. why not to consider looking for some prop firm where you can trade nice capital without too much risk and stress while getting paid regularly.I think it is one of the best for good good and profitable trader.

i am all reversed now. last trade form old guard is aud/cad. I closed aud/nzd and nad/usd despite trends developing cause historically do not see these pairs running much and needed to bring some cash in. These 2 have dissapointed me many times but still I shorted gbp/nzd cause it has a good potential as it is a runner. I am short again, looks like this time it might break out of this range.

I keep executing my strategy with goal to keep balance as high as possible before trends start. I am not taking speculative trades anymore. The last was eur/jpy yesterday but I picked profit quickly. could not pass excellent short signal on daily. looks like it went further and I might have my signal soon. very bad luck indeed to start trend trading right into long ranging market across the board. considering how many trades I have made few goes even to 2;1 R:R. last e/u trade was 1.5:1 after 7-8 days in trade. i consider this a time stop. especially with this price action, looks like everythi...

gbp/nzd has caught my attention again. I will be watching this pair too. trade or not depends upon PA. gbp/iusd will be looking for entry, gbp/aud still watching but only if long. short too far gone for me. I am practically in everything I am interested in. so. all gbp pairs that's left are on my list but gbp/chf. too far gone and gbp/cad is no mor eon my list. i hate all CAD based pairs.

shot myself in foot with high leverage eur/usd gambling. ok, more positive things. Hope this up move finally turns into something tangible. mistake with closing long gbp/usd and usd/cad short. also iusd/cad short not a big mistake but gbp/usd is... I am looking for pull back to buy and gbp/aud is on my watch list too. I bought gbp/usd before there was a signal. there is signal now.whipsaws finally end and turn trends. i must be on them. I missed signals entries on jpy pairs. now was trying to get on as potential is high. will move stops closer but no BE so far. price is too far form MA's. ...

I have seen that some pairs range but some trends but now all pairs range or spike and so far no trends. amount of sh*t accumulated in all economies is staggering. My mind says short e/u but signal is long, so I reversed. if yesterday's high broken I might double up. need to see take profits once they are available to keep account at the level before some trends start. at the moment I have a couple of plans for this. partial profits might be part of the game for now.
