"11. Inflation is nothing more than legalized theft by our governments, which stands close to 9%. An inflation rate of 8% annually means that $100,000 in cash today would be worth only $46,319 in 10 years – more than half it’s worth evaporated."Source: https://supersoldiertalk.com/special-restored-republic-intel-report-by-judy-byington-feb-5-2020/

Ah, perhaps I should qualify my statement: Amateur vs Professional applies to human traders. These principles do not apply to an EA. 😎And the use of an EA, though not prohibited for this challenge, is akin to cheating! 😁

This challenge is not simply about the fact of turning $40-$1000.This challenge is all about the habits required in trading, to turn from an amateur to a professional:5 Differences Between Amateurs and Professionalshttps://mayooshin.com/amateurs-and-professionals/1. Amateurs wait to feel inspired. Professionals stick to a schedule.Don't wait to feel inspired; take action NOW.2. Amateurs focus on goals. Professionals focus on habits.More important than achieving the $4000 in this challenge, is the habit that you will form.3. Amateurs strive to achieve. Professionals strive to improve.Simila...

I only made one withdrawal of $80,000 to pay off my mother’s mortgage. So I did withdraw “something”, but it was not “substantial” (by comparison).I felt satisfied with that, as I was not sure on what else I should spend my money on.

Also, as many brokers will state in their Risk Disclaimer:"Don't trade with money you can't afford to lose."You must be prepared (both mentally and financially) for the possibility you could lose your ENTIRE investment.I am simply grateful for the fact that:a) I attained such heights, andb) that I didn't lose more: there was potential for greater loss but I escaped with a positive balance of 4% ($800k) despite three accounts going into minus by $700k+.

And remember this: "With great power comes great responsibility."Luke 12:48: "From everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more."In other words, that money is a great burden of responsibility. There is much stress and anxiety with such transient material wealth. If you cannot handle the responsibility, it is better to forfeit the amount until such time as on...

Yes and no.Sure, perhaps I regret not having millions in my bank account right this very minute. But ultimately I do not care, for a number of reasons:#1 “The AMOUNT of money you have does not matter; what matters is the SYSTEM you use. No AMOUNT of money can save you if you have a bad SYSTEM. Conversely, if you have a good SYSTEM you can start with a small AMOUNT and easily become rich.' (Matthew Todorovski)People get so 'hung up' on the AMOUNT, but quantity is not the aim here. The real aim should be the RELIABLE (consistent and perpetual) generation of PROFITS:a) to keep up...

The POSSIBILITY of 5-10% per month: I hope to achieve this dream! The GUARANTEE of 5-10% per month: I hope to achieve this dream also!Isn't this the Holy Grail that every trader seeks?Who said the Holy Grail doesn't exist? 😎"The AMOUNT of money you have does not matter; what matters is the SYSTEM you use. Your story is inspiring sir!I will submit that have exceeded this challenge (in relative terms), by my performance in 2018 of 800% on CHFSGD and 1000% on EURTRY: I began with $50,000 and accumulated over $13,000,000.That is equivalent to starting with $40 and finishing with over $10,000!($50,000 / $40 = 1250. $13,000,000 / 1250 = $10,400)The elusive Holy Grail to which we all (including me) continue to aspire... it is certainly most difficult to achieve without exceptional market conditions!https://www.myfxbook.com/files/BluePanther/4CCB66146CD242FDBF69DCA3108EC714.png

Quite agree, the "possibility" is possible to achieve 5-10% every month.Looks like the one month Mr Kalamo did not achieve this gain was the very first month of the account. Perhaps this can be explained because it was not a full month of trading?Very impressive Mr Kalamo nonetheless!Timestamp: 09:40am 05/02/2020

IC Markets (http://bit.ly/2t8SCL2) have been OUTSTANDING for me! I cannot recommend them highly enough:1. Server migration for me took no more than four days from my initial request (considering I am in Australia and BeeksfX Support is US/UK-based);2. Dedicated Servers are not configured under the ICM's sponsorship program, yet they still fulfilled my request!"We do not provide dedicated VPS for clients, it is technically not configured under sponsored VPS program and will require some extra set ups in order to out it under the Sponsored VPS category."https://www.myfxbook.com/fil...

In other words, this thread is intended as the forum where those participants that have been censored in Leo23s post, have an opportunity to contribute their contrarian perspectives (with evidence please).

This thread intends to balance the overly-optimistic perspectives on Cryptocurrencies as portrayed in other threads (especially Leo23s).It is important that all aspects (both positive and negative) are considered before making an objective decision to invest. Discussion is fine, except when contrarian perspectives or information is censored. People should be permitted to make up their own minds and not be silenced simply because they speak the truth or hold opposing views.Thank you for supporting free speech.
