So Ralph.....a year for +40% is not enough with RTP for happiness?$200 to start, you're my level of fx/EA-dom, lol.I guess compared to what it can do on ecn's its not so good? It's same problem I had with TFOT by iticsoftware 2yrs ago, not big enough acct for ecn's. Besides, latee he even dropped it from myfxbook, dear dear me this EA world.Have you considered optimizing on each pair, or whatever pair does best for such mode? Can't remember what TF rtp is, if 1hr I find I can draw down 2yrs of 1hr bars from fxcm into history file for optruns, and this makes for great opt...

Hi :) Has anyone been able to do optruns on these pairs to continue to go forth w/o the current equity dip?Check see if RTP can do test rapidly on bar-open-only with similar results as the fine resolution setting, if so then you can rapidly enough do optruns for each pair. Reason it could be ok is mt4 calculates what the sl or stop points would've been if done on fine resolution. I'm finding with other such EAs that 2yrs of 1hr-bar backdata is pretty good to show how it would continue for awhile. Amen to all that Sectors, thus I'm in bleachers for years.There is one exception to not being sold, but a very expensive exception: TSL (http://tradingsystemslab.com/), but its for fund managers that can afford $20,000/yr, it uses rmltech.com ("Discipulus"), about as close to a holy grail resolving software as can be had, it truly can find solution to correct for market change; I played with it over half dozen years ago and was blown away at its quick zoom-in on the most robust solutions, albeit it was unprotected back then and I had no funds to develop beyond playing with it.......

There is reasoning to sell an EA.....the sales pads ones own acct to make larger lots gains with it. You can see rtp ain't doing too shabby for himself overall, despite it for a recent period not too well. Albeit, he hadn't personally used sales money to continue depositing.....maybe he used such for Vortex.

I've been away from watching rtp or Vortex for awhile, but with Gwindy losing completely due to Vortex and RTP not in market it desires, is there anything good here anymore?

A shame, all that extra work towards NNs employment for naught. But I've tried NNs a few times to no good end. Am surprised price not knocked down as a result, rather its up.

What happened gwindy!? Official myfxbook for RTP continues ok so why this? Did Vortex EA do you in? My tester for a StrategyQuant developed EA is always engaging its breakeven for these situations, so I don't see why you should have to put up with this.Also, per "if it ain't broke, why fix it" applies to just continuing with RTP, not adding another EA.

Ok, no need email me now (unless you want last 8mo test report of v2), registered at mql5.com and got info of how to be seller, so when I someday have a hundred$ (am very slow saver on fixed income) and when some time passes its looking good, then I will continue with setup, but in meantime, Leonardo may well be conducive to do mql5 signalling with what he has already with this cent acct. Message him or maybe he sees this discussion and will let you know.

To understand TW, this EA is a mutually developed and owned strategy via my StrategyQuant (using his i7-4770 computer as part of our "share"d project), so the "improved" is the same thing but with a filter that increased EVERYTHING! Greater gain, dd lower, these big wrinkles gone, so what happens live with this myfxbook EA is going to be even better using the improved version, they're related and correlated.
