Nothing in this for USA traders they can not give usa traders an acct nor can they give us traders half the cash so pretty much for usa traders it is pointless besides bragging rights

If you're referring to the contest, than that is incorrect - anyone who's not eligible for an account (such as US members) will be still eligible for the cash prize.

well i spoke with a guy at vantagefx and he told me for usa residents there is not even a cash available he even called me to tell me and wanted to make it very clear FOR USA RESIDENTS THERE WILL BE NO ACCTS NOR A CASH PRIZE AS I MENTIONED IN MY FIRST POST

That must be an error. As per the contest's terms, which were provided by the broker itself:
'*New accounts are subject to approval. If an account is not approved, Vantage FX will provide a cash prize, to be determined at Vantage FX discretion (minimum of half the value of the trading account prize).'
*Commercial use and spam will not be tolerated, and may result in account termination.
