Some suggestions if I am allowed... For start, for improvement, try to follow only one pair! If it is GBP/JPY then look through all time frames, have 4 time frames open at the same time on the screen, 5 or 15 min, 1H, 4H and Daily. Learn Price Action. When you will be good at trading one pair then add next one. Also see correlation on USD/JPY and EUR/JPY. Sometimes you will get a clue about the direction this way.
