That USDJPY trade isnt going so well, reacting to the same news EURUSD is I suppose. Im adding to my EURUSD longs on this dip, but wondering if I should hold onto this USDJPY trade...
It stands to reason that if EURUSD regains bullish momentum, USDJPY will once again turn bearish, right?

It is what it is, until its not, and then its something else.

how much negative pips can you handle? When was the World financial crisis eur/usd drops down 4 000 pips in 2 days... you would never know when and how deep will be the next financial crisis. then the negative swap and interest will finish you...
before the crisis there is a big inflation. do you know how big it would be?
i see you don't use stop loss, i don't use it too... Thats why we are vulnerable to crisis. even if you use stop loss, are you sure its 'hard' SL?
just try to withdraw as much as you can...

Thanks. No it's not a classic carry/grid system. Even though I sometimes use such grids (especially in the AUD/JPY). I just did some stupid mistakes in December and I'm on the recovery path now.
My approach is called 'BWILC' you can google for it. :)
