I'm not on the same broker (forex4u) but it's weird my demo account is not doing the same trades at all xD:
It's the same robot with the same settings: https://www.myfxbook.com/members/bigbourin/fx-flash/668700

I have FX Flash installed on 2 accts and they perform differently. Armada has low spreads and faster order execution what gives good results. The disadvantage of FX Flash is that after number of succesfull trades it gives 1 or 2 big losses. In my opinion SL is too high. It also may be that the trades lasting longer than 3-4 hours should be closed (manually) as lost opportunity (in order to cut potential losses).

Hi Birt's, I see that there was no update since Dec 13th, is this EA still running? Do you recommend shutting it down the year end (more volatility) ?

Thanks for the awesome reviews!

Regards,
Louis

I updated its terminal to build 509 on the 13th and it started acting up. Seems to be fine now after several restarts.

I recommend shutting down all EAs prior to the holidays and restarting them several days after the new year, but I am trying to run the forward tests as close to how the regular user would run them as possible, meaning that I don't stop their trading during the holidays unless the vendor emails a recommendation.

Does anyone else have a live FX Flash account they can share? I'm not so sure I trust birt's as an accurate representation of the EA's performance due to the obvious and unattainable superiority of his broker; if it can make MDP profitable, then it certainly features trading conditions well out of the reach of anyone but institutional players.
