XML Api get_history retrieves only last 50 trades ?

Yes, this is by design for 2 reasons:1. Technology wise, to prevent users from overloading our servers (there are accounts with 5000 trades and more).2. The API was meant to allow a quick view of the recent data only.

Yep, A vps frees your home pc and wont overload your processor running multiple platforms. Its true, mt4 only uses one core for processing, but I back test for 3 years at a time or longer on multiple setups and multiple brokers.
