Need A Broker for trading crude and brent oil?

IC Markets are good if you can use them in my experience. Also find EagleFX decent and can be used by anyone around the world. Another decent one is FXPro if you prefer to stick to regulated brokers.

I've never heard of a legit broker charging tax on withdrawals. Withdrawal fees possibly but not calling it tax. You should withdraw a gross amount and then pay tax on your earnings each year with your respective country's tax authority.
