Refund received, never did hear from the vendor and Plimus just sent me confirmation. It sounds like this may be the end of FRWC.

Looks like Plimus will be handling my refund as the vendor is not responding to my requests. This also appears to mean that I won't even need to provide trading history. I have to admit I was interested to see what they were doing but after seeing them in action and watching the trades myself... all I can say is wow they are bad.I have to wonder how many people actually bought the robots, and how many plan on actually keeping them. From what I have been reading everyone is having similar results and the fact that they removed the account that blew out was the nail in the coffin for me. ...

After seeing your results I have been following the group itself and also put V4a on a small demo account which would mirror a live account if I chose to put it on there. So far so good although I don't have much history to go on with it. I have been looking for a profitable longer term EA as most of them focus on the short term time frames. This morning however I find out that IamFX no longer allows micro lot trading smaller than 0.05 which I am not to happy about on my live accoutn due to my slow and steady approach.

The new stuff is crap, I am running it simply to fulfill the requirements for the refund. I also watch it like a hawk and kill off any trade I don't feel good about from the start.

Keeping an eye on this Earl, the hedger is working but like you the equity curve still isn't all that great. As you said before, it is a race to the end of the month though.

Some gains, got stuck in the range the past 24 hours but overall just waiting on a move one way or another. I have been building shorts on the way up to 1.367x, as I don't see much more upside potential than that. If we go over 1.37 I will manually hedge that out to protect my margin.

I got the same HiRider trades live, however I pruned them off manually during the london session as the pair was dropping like a rock. They might have come good but I will eat the loss and let it make it up elsewhere. No system is truly set and forget, it always takes some human brains to cut off the dead limbs.

I have only seen it trade a handful of times so I haven't really gotten a feel for what it does when it does. Typically on an EA like that if you don't walk off and leave it unattended for days at a time, you can prune off the bad trades before they become disasters, but then you can also get into the "it will come back" mentality.

Run a backtest on demo data from their platform and you will see the 10 SL trades all in the same day. I personally have limited HiRider to 4 trades max, this reduces the porfit but also reduces the risk and my goal is small but steady returns. While most folks have it running on a demo account I find that the only real proof one way or the other is a live account. Hence I put it on a 1K live account trading 0.01 lots or $0.10 per pip. I notice that i get a lot more trades on my demo accounts but I can match most of the live trades with a demo equivalant and I have also been trying to matc...

I noticed the same thing however I only see the lot size increases on the Straasha system. I have looked over the settings for version 2 but I don't see anything different than 1.1 which makes me wonder if someone is also manually massaging the trades or parameters.Either way, it has performed fairly well for me so far and I run it along side my manual and old school Forex Auto Pilot trades. In DD right now due to a very flat market today but I can't say that I am unhappy with the results thus far. As with anything we will see how it goes but I am monitoring it very closely.

I have been toying with the idea of putting in an EA that would manage the TS and TP levels for LMD as it doesn't see to do to well if you are using extremely low risk levels. Ideally my plan is to find something that would move the SL to BE after it is x amount of pips in profit or has moved into profit as far as the SL is currently set. I had one someplace, I just have to find it now.

I also have a live account available for cross referencing. Started off with only the top two bots, hi-rider, and LMD but also have fusion running there minus the two listed above.
