I did a hedge with eur/usd -Dax ,I shorted the eur/usd and long the Dax,theres a negative correlation between the two.Some times it changes so i watch the price action of the euro,if it becomes undervalued, the DAX usually goes up.opened Eur/usd @11300.1-11298DAX opened @10124.8-10188.8 closed out of positions @ 15.10pm

Hi everyone,I see a post on here from a guy looking for lowest spreads and high bonus for signing up for a live account.The fact is that low currency spreads just means that the broker will catch you some other way,slow to close positions,freezing,slippage ,routing orders to dark pools,always question your provider how they can give such low spreads.

Professional traders use 1.5 -2% maximum per trade,anything above this is nuts.Open a demo to get some practice,but you wont really know how to trade until you have a live trade on,plus demo is set up differently to live accounts,find a true ECN broker so there is no conflict of interest.Leverage isn't really the problem if you understand it and act sensible with your stops.No over night positions until you get a feel for the market.

There are many reasons why so many traders fail,first off id question this figure of 95%,I think it is less,its used by the media to scare people into getting worthless training by so called experts.Secondly what they teach has little use in the real market,too much technical analysis ,poor planning on risk,2% max per trade should be the limit,tight stop losses,no doubling up on loosing trades,over trading,stick to one product and become a specialist ,then you can try a second product,before you trade get an overview of the market-positive or negative ,look at the indices related to what your ...

Be careful S/R areas are fishing areas for brokers and banks,retail stop loss areas,look at the volume around these areas.
What indicator you use for scalping?

Better not to use an indicator for scalping,besides most are lagging,get use to reading the chart candles.
