This is not true, if you have a non-retail account or true STP there is no stipulations on how much money you can make..Time execution delay will be the only crux...MT4 can delay trades up to a few seconds and is certainly not the platform to be scalping on...Even with a 1 ms ping to brokers server the avg trade execution will be 100-200 ms up to 20000ms (20 seconds) on MT4 this is no exaggeration...

This is not true if you have access to the direct market you can be scalping in milliseconds trades all day long, but it cost 100k deposit to get direct market access, in which case you would now be able to offer broker service and scam just like all the MT4 brokers if you did get the account...

They say there can be 4 ticks within 1 seconds so I think it would be best to get your execution under 200 ms im sure you will notice much improvements..

Your best bet is to test around on a few broker demo accounts and see if you can get it down to least 150ms or even better under 50ms...Will be even harder when going live to find a MT4 broker under 150ms but if you can get a 1-5ms connection to your brokers server its possible to get trades completed under 150ms..Worst comes to worst if you have enough money to trade you can convert your bot over to an FIX api from MT4 and if you do that your trades will be executed at under 10ms which leaves practically no chance of slippage... 😉
