Dukascopy actually offers MT4 solution now. I am using it right now. It is really great tool to use. Everything works nicely though if you are running EAs make sure you have "ECN mode" available. You can read more on their website http://www.fairtradingtech.com/

I don't know. But I really like this broker. Or it is not really a broker. The company is a technology provider for MT4 bridge to Dukascopy's Jforex platform. Really nice platform and fast executions! Me like!S
